Free, fully insured shipping on every Civia order to the United States and Canada. Each lab-grown diamond piece is handcrafted to order and delivered in 12–15 business days, with import duties covered.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is free on every order.
01Made to order
Every Civia piece is handcrafted to order once your order is confirmed. Please allow 12–15 business days from order confirmation to delivery. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
02Delivery
Orders ship fully insured, in discreet tamper-proof packaging, with trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL. As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. A signature may be required on delivery.
03Duties and taxes
For orders to the USA and Canada, we cover import duties, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout.
04Delays
Delivery times can occasionally be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs clearance or remote delivery locations. If your order is running late, we will keep you updated.
