Return & Refund Policy

0115-day returns

You can return your order within 15 days of delivery. This includes items bought on sale.

To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unused and unworn, in its original condition, with tags attached
• Returned with all original packaging, boxes, documents and certificates
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items showing signs of wear or damage, or altered, resized or engraved by a third party, cannot be accepted. A missing certificate may result in a replacement-fee deduction.

02How to start a return

Contact us at support@civiajewels.com or call +1 (437) 422-1187 within 15 days of delivery. Returns must be approved before they are shipped; items sent without approval cannot be accepted. Once approved, we will send you return instructions. Keep your shipping receipt as proof of dispatch.

03Customized and engraved items

Customized, engraved or resized items may be returned subject to a 15% restocking fee on the purchase value. Fully custom or special-order pieces may not be eligible for a full refund; in those cases we may offer a design change or exchange.

04Cancellations

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are cancelled free of charge. Orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a 15% cancellation fee, as every piece is made to order.

05Exchanges

For the fastest service, return the original item and place a new order. Exchanges are available within 12 months of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee; any price difference is paid before the new item ships.

06Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us right away and we will make it right.

07Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank may take a little longer to show it.

08Resizing

Resizing (up to 3.5 sizes) is free within 15 days of delivery. From day 16 up to one year after delivery, resizing is available for a fee of 15% of the purchase price. Shipping charges apply, and all resizing requires prior approval.

09Care

Complimentary polishing and engraving are available for one year (shipping charges apply). Repairs are quoted after inspection and require prior approval.
